APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS
PC Leadership Collective is built to equip and send out spiritual leaders, whether it's into the mission field, ministry, or the marketplace.
As a result, each applicant must:
Be at least 18 years of age or a graduate of High School by the time PC Collective Starts.
Be a committed Christian
Be an active member of a local church
Be living a faithful Christian lifestyle consistent with our Student Code of Conduct and Statement of Faith.
Have access to sufficient financial resources to cover their fees, accommodation, and living expenses.
Have successfully completed High School or have equivalent post school life and work experience.
Agree to the terms and conditions and conduct themselves according to the requirements of the Student Handbook, both up to and during their enrollment.
Participate in an In-person or video interview
FAQs
What does the application process look like?
Step 1: Complete our detailed application answering questions both spiritual and practical. Once received, each application is reviewed and prayed over by our team.
Step 2: Participate in a 10-15 minute interview with PCLC Leadership.
Step 3: Each application is processed with a final determination which is communicated approximately 2 weeks after the interview has concluded.

Are Scholarships available?
At this time, scholarships are not avaialbe
What does a typical week look like?

Who are some of the Core Communicators?
PCLC is taught by Pastor Luke Donald, Senior and Campus Pastors of both The Promise Church campus’, as well as other Staff, Elders, and Ministry Guests.
Can I join out of state?
The PC Leadership Collective classes are in-person only at this time. The application is open to anyone who meets the requirements and is willing to relocate to Washington / Oregon.
Housing is not provided to those moving from out-of-state.
Is childcare provided?
PC Leadership Collective does not offer Childcare, but The Promise Church does have a daycare at the Woodland Campus 20 min south of the PCLC Campus where kids can be enrolled 5 days out of the week.
We also have a Church Homeschool Co-Op that will have new enrollment registration each year.
